What is the C12 Group?

The C12 Group is the nation’s leading Christian CEO and business owner roundtable serving businesses ranging from $1 million to $1 billion in size.  Members gather for a day each month in local groups led by full-time C12 Area Chairs to work through best-practice business principles and personal/ministry growth concepts.

What does “C12” stand for?

C12 stands for “Christian twelve,” referencing Jesus Christ’s model of working with a close network of 12 disciples. Each C12 chapter has 10-15 members, providing an excellent forum for like-minded non-competing Christian business leaders to share expertise, get to know each other well, and provide informed input and counsel on a timely basis over a period of years.

How many groups and members does C12 serve?

C12 currently has nearly 900 members meeting in 96 groups across more than 60 U.S. metro areas.

What are the qualifications for joining C12?

The C12 Group experience is designed for companies with five or more employees, with annual revenues from $1 million to $1 billion.  The membership seat is generally held by the business owner or CEO, but there are some members who hold high-level general management positions.  C12 also has a “Key Players Group” in many markets for companies who want to send key managers and potential successors to a C12 experience that reinforces what the CEOs and owners are learning and helps to achieve leadership alignment in C12 member companies.

What are the fees for C12 membership?

Membership fees are based on the annual revenues of the member company, generally starting as low as $550 per month and moving incrementally up to $1,000 per month.  Given C12’s superb full-service relationship to its members, this represents an exceptional value within the overall CEO roundtable and coaching market.

How are groups structured?

There are generally 10-15 members per group, with only one member per major business trade per group in order to foster transparency and objectivity.  Each group is led by a C12 Area Chair, with peer general management experience and spiritual maturity, who facilitates the meetings and meets one-to-one with each member during the month between the group meetings.

When and where are the March and April Visitor Days?

March 17th and April 21st at the Wetherington Golf and Country Club in West Chester, Ohio.
